Important Notice: Lumina Rewards has a zero-tolerance policy for fraud. Any attempt to manipulate our system using VPNs, bots, or fake information will result in an immediate, permanent ban and forfeiture of all points.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Lumina Rewards website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

2 User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
You must be a resident of a country where our Service is authorized to operate.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service.

3 Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

Use of VPN/Proxy: Using IP masking services to disguise your location is strictly forbidden.

Multiple Accounts: Creating more than one account per person, household, or IP address.

Automation: Using scripts, bots, spiders, or any automated system to access the Service.

Fake Data: Providing false information on surveys or offers to qualify for rewards.

4 Points & Redemptions

Virtual Currency: "Lumens" (Points) are a virtual currency with no real-world value until redeemed. Lumina Rewards reserves the right to modify the point value of tasks at any time.

Verification: All withdrawals are subject to review. We may require government-issued ID (KYC) to verify your identity before processing large payments.

Expiration: Points may expire if your account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days.

5 Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any accumulated points will be forfeited.

6 Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lumina Rewards and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

7 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lumina Rewards and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.

8 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
