By accessing or using the Lumina Rewards website ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
Virtual Currency: "Lumens" (Points) are a virtual currency with no real-world value until redeemed. Lumina Rewards reserves the right to modify the point value of tasks at any time.
Verification: All withdrawals are subject to review. We may require government-issued ID (KYC) to verify your identity before processing large payments.
Expiration: Points may expire if your account remains inactive for 90 consecutive days.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any accumulated points will be forfeited.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Lumina Rewards and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lumina Rewards and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or a breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
